About Our Founder

Ms. Joyce Williams, our founder, draws inspiration from her single mother's resilience and faith, surrounded by empowered women. She leads Armooh-Williams, PLLC, a global law firm specializing in Project Finance, International Trade, and Immigration Law. Ms. Williams also spearheads innovative investment strategies as the founder of Hazina Equity Partners and Isoka, LLC, advocating for grassroots soccer among underprivileged players.

Actively serving on various boards, notably the American Bar Association's African Law Council, the International Bar Foundation Rule of Law Initiative, and Asankrangwa Kroye Kuo, she contributes her time and expertise to ensure maximum impact on all projects. She also serves on the international advisory council board of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Policy Network in Ghana. Her commitment extends to volunteering at the United Community's Immigration Service Center. She has been recognized by the United Community and the American Bar Association for her role in establishing the immigration service center and her advocacy for human trafficking and diversity in the legal field.

Engaging in advocacy, Ms. Williams shares her legal expertise through speaking engagements and publications. Holding a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, she is admitted to practice law in various U.S. courts. Her diverse professional background includes roles at UNCITRAL, the Kozolchyk National Law Center, SILLAC Consulting, and the International Law Institute. Ms. Williams' extensive experience involves advising heads of state, diplomats, royals, and high-level business executives. At the same time, her past affiliations highlight her pivotal contributions to advancing women's rights, education, and health in Africa.
